How to obtain a Certificate
|
1. Determine the
size and type of Painting you want. (Ordering
& Prices)
2. Email
Dorothy at
Pets Palette stating the following
- The Name of the
Person receiving the Gift Certificate
( ie Jenny, etc)
- The Reason you
want it - (Birthday, Anniversary etc)
- The Name of the
Person giving the Certificate
(ie Amanda and Adam)
- Your Name, Postal
Address, and Email Address.

We will then email
you the Gift Certificate (see
example) with
Instructions for its use.
The Instructions
are:
- Take a picture of your pet ( see Tips for
Photographing Pets on
www.petspalette.com)
- Send the photo or a couple of photos with your
name, address and email address to: Dorothy Collins 1 Palmyra Court,
Greensborough 3088
- Also state that you received a
Gift Certificate and who from.
- Dorothy will create your Pet Portrait and when
it’s ready, will send you a picture
- When you are satisfied with it, the cost of the
Portrait will be billed to the person requesting the Certificate.
- On receipt of payment, the Portrait will be sent
to the Certificate Holder.
If you have any
specific requests re multiple pets or sizes etc, include these details
in your email and we will give you a price for the portrait first for
you to agree before we send the certificate.
