SIZES: Portraits can be any dimension you prefer. They are drawn on approved Pastel Paper and the finished portrait is also sprayed with a fixative to ensure it's safety and long life. Oil Portraits are painted on Oil Canvas Board.

PHOTOGRAPHS: All of your photographs will be returned safely. Remember the detail of the final portrait is directly related to the quality and focus of the photographs you send (please see tips on photographing your pet for ideas & suggestions). Extra photos are also suggested as they can serve as a reference for colouring, details, and personality. Subjects, features, or backgrounds can be combined from separate photographs, and elements such as collars and leashes can be omitted. Please note: if your photos were taken professionally, you will need to ask the photographer for copyright permission.

VERIFICATION: When the portrait is completed, I will show you a digital photo of the portrait via e-mail. Only if you are completely happy with this image do I ask for payment prior to shipment of the original to you.

TURNAROUND: Turnaround time depends heavily on the number of commissions I am currently painting.  However, if you do have a special date in mind (such as a birthday), please let me know and I will do my best to get the portrait to you in time.

The rates listed below are an approximate guide, as prices may vary slightly according to the specifics of each portrait.  This will be confirmed with you on reply to your Enquiry. All are listed in $A dollars and include packaging and shipping within Australia. Portraits are shipped flat within a padded container and for safety reasons do not include mat or frame.  International visitors please click on the "Currency Converter" below the table for approximate rates and on receiving your request, we will advise you of the expected freight cost.

Additional subjects are between $40 - $90 extra, depending on size. Please ask about rates for any special requests, multiple portrait orders, or any other dimensions you have in mind. Prices are subject to change without notice.
